What Giffington does

Giffington converts videos and images you upload into GIF files. Converted files are stored temporarily so you can download them, then deleted automatically.

Your responsibilities

• You must own the content you upload, or have permission to use and convert it.
• You may not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• You may not use Giffington to harass others, distribute malware, or automate abusive traffic.
• You are responsible for how you use the GIFs you create.

Prohibited content

You may not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content. We may block uploads or restrict access if we believe content violates these terms or applicable law. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.

No warranties

Giffington is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect output quality for every file.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gut Feeling, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Giffington.
